Dynamic Church Ministries has the privilege of annually providing several training events to mid to smaller attendance churches on a love offering basis. Events can range from a one-hour workshop to a multi-day training.  The only request is that if approved for a love offering event, you provide transportation.

Rise Above the Barriers

Participants will identify historic barriers to church growth resulting in stagnation and decline. Starting from prayer and vision casting participants will move to determine appropriate actions for their context. Mystery Guest Consultation

The Mystery Guest consultation for medium to smaller attendance churches gives you first-hand insight into how outsiders experience your church. Mystery guests visit your church and complete observation surveys, which are compiled into an 80-page Assessment Report with recommended training and suggested action steps. Learn MORE HERE

Harnessing Today's Communication Tools

Participants will learn critical communication rules for success in today's rapidly changing communication climate. They will discover the essentials for their website, social media and the necessities for effective mass email marketing communication. The Dynamic Church Weekend

Since 2003, this weekend church workshop has assisted both established churches and new church plants (12-18 months after launch). One or more churches can participate together to explore their history, dream of their future, and learn healthy practices of growing churches.  The workshop weekend concludes with assisting each church leadership team develop a strategic plan for the immediate future.
